Relaxing games
The Sponge
This game is for pairs. One of them is lying on the ground and the other next to him will have a smooth, soft ball that represents a sponge. The one with the "sponge" will run it all over his partner's body as if he were washing him.
In Front of the Mirror
A partner game where one child sits in front of the other. One of them is the person looking in the mirror and the other is the reflection. The one looking in the mirror should be making gestures and actions so that the mirror can do the same. You should try to get the kids to do simple motions so that they are easy to copy.
Laughing out Loud
You divide the kids into two groups. One of them should try to stay as serious as possible while the other tries to do things to make them laugh. The adult should count the number of kids who laugh. There is a time limit. Once you've reached it, switch the groups and begin again. The most serious group wins.
The Shower
Make groups of four or five people. Each group will form a small circle and one of them will go in the middle. Their companions will massage him with their fingertips simulating the water from a shower. Afterward, they will switch until all the kids have gone through the middle.
